Week 5

Clean, map, and import your existing data — contacts, products, opening balances, inventory, and employee records.

Week 6

Connect Arkan to your existing tools — banks, payment gateways, e-invoicing, and third-party systems.

Week 7

End-to-end user acceptance testing with your team. Verify workflows, reports, and data accuracy before go-live.

Week 8

Role-based training sessions: admin, finance, operations, and HR teams. 2–4 hours per group.

Week 9–10

Switch over to Arkan for daily operations with dedicated support for 2–3 weeks of hypercare.
