Implementation
One-time implementation, no recurring fees
Implementation covers discovery, system configuration, data migration, UAT testing, role-based training, go-live support, and post-launch stabilization over approximately 10 weeks.
Payment is milestone-based — you pay as modules are delivered, not upfront for everything.

Is there a free trial?
Yes, all paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and purchase orders for annual plans.
Are there per-module charges?
No. All modules are included in every plan. You activate what you need.
What happens when I exceed my user limit?
You can add additional users at any time. Extra users are billed at a per-seat rate based on your current plan tier.
Is my data safe?
Arkan uses 7-layer data isolation, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Your data stays within your dedicated tenant.
What about implementation costs?
Implementation is a separate one-time cost covering discovery, configuration, data migration, training, and go-live support. Contact us for a quote tailored to your needs.
Do you support Arabic and RTL?
Full Arabic UI, right-to-left layouts, localized number and date formats, and GCC-specific compliance features are included in every plan — including the free tier.
